TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective July 6, 2026

1. General

This is TikLet's ("we", "the service") public offer to provide access to the TikLet app (widgets, music bot, chat TTS, Kaspi donation alerts, webcam background removal) on a subscription basis. Registering an account on tiklet.app and/or paying for a plan means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. Questions — support@tiklet.app.

2. Closed beta

The service currently runs as a free closed beta: access is limited to an invited list of TikTok usernames, and no paid plans are charged. Feature set and access rules may change during the beta without prior notice; the beta may end and transition to paid plans at any time, with users notified in the app or on the site.

3. Plans

Once the beta ends, the following plans apply (current prices on tiklet.app/#pricing):

  • Week — one-time payment, no auto-renewal.
  • Month — billed monthly, auto-renews, cancel anytime.
  • 3 months — a single discounted payment for the season, no auto-renewal.

4. Billing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway acting as the seller of record for your purchase (Merchant of Record): it issues the receipt/invoice, handles applicable taxes (VAT and equivalents), and processes payment data — your card details never reach us.

5. Auto-renewal and cancellation

The monthly plan renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your account dashboard or via the email from the payment gateway — access continues until the end of the period already paid for; there's no partial refund for unused days on cancellation. The Week and 3-month plans do not auto-renew.

6. Refunds

If the service materially fails to work through no fault of yours (e.g. the license fails to activate due to our error), we'll refund you within 14 days of payment on request at support@tiklet.app. Refunds are processed by the payment gateway under its refund policy. 7. License and restrictions

  • The license is bound to your hardware (device fingerprint); the number of simultaneously active devices per account is capped.
  • Prohibited: reverse engineering, bypassing license checks, transferring or reselling access to third parties, redistributing the app under your own name.
  • Violating these terms is grounds for account suspension without a refund of the remaining paid period.

8. User responsibilities

You are responsible for content passing through your chat and viewers' music requests, and for complying with TikTok's and YouTube's terms of service while using the app. TikLet is an independent tool, not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted integration with TikTok and YouTube — third-party platforms can change their protocols and APIs without notice, which may temporarily disrupt widgets or the music bot. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost stream revenue, caused by third-party service failures.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page with the effective date at the top. Material changes (pricing, refund process) are announced in the app or on the site in advance.
