FAQ
How does the trial work?
- 7 days from the first launch of the app, no card needed.
- Once per computer: a new account on the same PC won't get another one.
- Bought a plan before the first launch — the trial won't start, you get the plan right away.
- Bought LITE during the trial — trial features stay until the 7 days are up, then LITE kicks in. The paid month counts from the purchase. PRO turns on immediately.
- When the week is over, access pauses until you pay. Settings, alerts and stats are kept.
What if I have more rules or scenes than my plan allows?
Nothing gets deleted. Everything stays in the app with a mark, and the first ones in order play on stream. Switch to PRO and it all works at once.
When does a new plan take effect?
Upgrades apply instantly, no restart. Downgrades apply only on the next launch and never mid-stream: a camera or donations already running keep working until the restart.
What do viewers see if a widget isn't in my plan?
Nothing: such a widget stays transparent and silent on stream. No errors or placeholders on screen.
How is PRO monthly different from 3 months or a year?
Only in term and price — the features are the same. 3 months cost $9 less than three monthly payments, a year saves $66 against twelve monthly ones.
How many computers can I use?
Up to 3 at once on one account. Unlink an old one in your account with one click.
How do I cancel and get a refund?
Turn off auto-renewal in your account at any time — access stays until the end of the paid term. If the service doesn't work through our fault, we refund within 14 days: see the refund policy; full conditions are in the terms.
